Open to the public since 1978, the Jardin Roger Van den Hende at Laval University displays more than 2,100 species and cultivars on over 6 acres, grouped according to botanical families. The garden is a unique collection of indigenous plants from Québec and ornamental plants from Europe, America and Asia. The Société des amis du Jardin Roger Van den Hende offers guided tours.
